Monitoring - Facebook has implemented a fix for the error #200, which some users were affected by in the last few days.
Our own systems also suggest that the issue is no longer affecting users.

We will continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating - We are currently affected by a permissions error from Facebook when attempting to reply to Facebook page comments (error #200).
This issue does not affect all Facebook channels, but seems to affect all or most third party applications.

We apologise for the trouble this causes while we wait for further updates from the Facebook development team.

These delays may also affect WhatsApp and Instagram indexing, along with automation in Engage.
